So I heard black Americans of African slave ancestry call other black people "high yellow" if they have similar ancestry but look closer to white.
Some of them look closer to white due to white or Ashkenazi or Sephardic Jewish ancestry
Others might look closer to white due to North African ancestry
So yellow does not necessarily mean South East Asian
