It is a harmful steriotype that Kikes make good lawyers

Kikes make rich lawyers but they do not make good lawyers

Kikes make evil lawyers

Being a good lawyer is not about making money by how you practice law

Being a good lawyer is about making your community a better place through how you practice law

Being an evil lawyer may mean trying to make your community a worse place even if you lose money in the process

Studying the Talmud helps Kikes have more capacity to be evil as lawyers

Actually... being an evil lawyer is taking advantage of your client by creating situations that increase the work and billing while also failing to recognize and address the affect on the community and client. People are not monads. Law is moral / political. Idealism is for faggots.

@Humpleupagus

I noticed how you did not deny my claim about Kikes being evil lawyers

You just said that being an evil lawyer has some other definition then the one I claimed

@[email protected] the people who defend criminals they KNOW are guilty for money, they should also be put in prison

@nihilvt

I honestly do not think lawyers can usually know for certain if their client is guilty or not guilty

Now they might believe they know for certain if they are naive but if they are better educated they will realize they are guessing

They do not know if the evidence is fake

People make false confessions this would be very apparent if you have enough experience having studied outside material about cults in addition to having seen cults first hand

@[email protected] oh I'm certain lawyers know the truth because they see the same evidence everyone else does or they defend people with a history for that same charge and they'll be like "okay but this time he didn't do it" or just try to get them a slap on the wrist.

I've seen a ton of people get locked up with a mountain of evidence like video and confessions who still get lawyers that defend them

@nihilvt

When I hear of evidence in court my assumption is I do not know if the person who presented the evidence is telling the truth especially so with things like DNA evidence where they just trust an expert at their word

And people have been declared guilty or innocent based on DNA back when they did not have the person's gene code in the correct order but sliced it into fragments that were scrambled in order with technology like DNA electrophoresis but people trusted the "scientists"

@[email protected] they get like swabbed before interrogation, you sign a waiver and they compare your DNA to any collected at the scene, if it matches it's not the end of the world depending on circumstance but nonetheless a lawyer will just make up shit even if it's on camera, no alibi, a confession, and they had a friend of the suspect record a confession lol
@nihilvt @shortstories the thinking is:
whereas, the law was written by dead white guys (no reverence, this is an axiom of leftism)
whereas, those dead white guys really liked punishing people, especially blacks, way more than necessary
whereas, everybody except me and the other members of the queer book club of chicago is virulently, violently racist and each one of them would actively pay money to annihilate the black race
whereas, in actual fact, laws are bad and we should just not punish anybody (there is good in all of us, and it can always be brought out, just like in the 2015 interactive documentary UNDERTALE)
therefore, my client, if found guilty, will sustain a punishment (whether death, prison, reputation tarnished, fined, or even a half-assed reprimand) far harsher than i deem fit for his crime
whereas, blacks don't just randomly attack whites (victim must have called him a nigger, which justifies slaughter)
whereas, nobody else will stand up for this poor downtrodden black guy
whereas, i will be a hero if i stand up for him, or at least his hero
whereas, i want to get my hands on that soros money...

and so on.
each leftoid lawyer probably has only two or three of these reasons on average for doing what they do, and all of them arw broadly unfalsifiable (evidence does not move the libtard nor will violence, nor will social pressure, no matter the amount; this is a temperament first and a political affiliation only second)
