Daggerfall was released legally free by the corporation that owns it after a certain year
You just have to figure out which version and patch or patches to install and where to find it for your operating system
Daggerfall Unity is a special version I have never tried
If it says testing the sound device you have may damage your computer in the installation process then do not test the sound device
