Allegedly government agents have been writing themself warrants not signed by a judge then using these warrants to deceive people into opening the door
They then arrest the person who opens the door even though they would not have went inside the house if the person did not open the door because the warrant is no good not being signed by a judge
What is to stop police from sending in fake girl scout cookies sales people next then rushing in if someone opens the door?
