By 9 times less frequently do you mean one ninth as often
Because if 2 times more frequently is positive 3 times as much then 9 times less frequently would be negative 8 times as much
@shortstories if the number of whites per capita that die in homicide every year is x and the number of blacks (dead in homicide, per capita, per year) is y, then y = 9x.
