If someone supported outlawing guns because someone might get shot I can understand that they might desire to protect people whether or not that really protects you

But then some real evil person wants to outlaw body armor and bullet proof vests

They act like they think it would be so horrible if some evil person shot someone because they think guns are such a danger but then they want to outlaw bullet proof vests to try to save the life of someone if they actually are shot
