I am more concerned about the use of the word aggravated meaning with a weapon and without the consent of the person if I understand what I looked up online correctly

Someone could hold someone at knife or gun point in a manner that is not self defense and not go to jail for even one day if minimum sentences for aggravated crimes are removed
