Even setting aside the obvious 1st Amendment concerns, the Ten Commandments themselves remain a frankly bizarre guide to moral behavior. "Don't commit adultery" & "don't covet thy neighbors wife" ... we need two entries for that? But nothing along the lines of, say, "be nice to people"?
