perhaps they think black stucents might not enroll

But instead they called it

Black Joy

I enjpyed learning about African and African American history from government approved public education sources when I was younger

Then at some point they changed the curriculum

African history used to teach examples of over coming difficult circumstances in spite of a history of slavery

Now it is about collecting welfare from Whitey
