Black presenter basicly suggests that Africa should be run by Southeast Asians and or White people in order to improve the conditions of Africans in African countries
@shortstories koreans, japanese, and chinese are typically called "east asians" whereas "southeast asians" is typically used for the en.wikipedia.org/wiki/indian_subcontinent
I thought India was called South Asia
Japan, China and South Korea was south east Asia
USSR was North East, North and North West Asia
Part of middle east was southwest Asia
@shortstories my mistake, i just looked it up, yeah india is south asia but china etc. are still east asia; southeast asia is like myanmar, indonesia, etc.
