They could also be faking disability to get more aid although I do not know how you would fake amputation
They could take some videos of amputees and then claim with words a greater number of amputees are there then in the video
Supposedfly in the Iraq war there were a lot of Uranium related birth defects and amputees
They could be forcing or bribing war victims of Israel to pretend to be Ashkenazi or Sephardic Jews
