Let's say if someone owned a mainstram media company and they had audio and video footage of someone talking

They could at any time they want put a censorship box covering their face to prevent lip reading and also put a bleeping censored sound to make it sound like they are swearing at someone when they are not to try to ruin their reputstion

This would not require modern AI fakery but only older editing technology and there is no way to know they have not been doing it all along for decades
