I have seen videos of powdered solid material that is shifted and filtered after being mined

I was thinking the United States Congress could legally through eminent domain vote to seize all of Israel's land and buildings & to crush everything including the counterfeit temple into powder so that one stone, rock or brick is not standing on another in unpowdered form

They could sell the powder to the highest bidder and then flood the hole from mining creating a canal for shipping
