People have said gun laws in Democrat jurisdictions do not reduce crime because data shows higher crime rates in these jurisdictions
But data also shows a higher percent of blacks
So is the higher crime rate due to gun laws or due to more blacks or a third factor

What if being black does not increase crime but being mentally ill or cognitively impaired does
What if being black is then just coincidentally correlated with higher rates of mental illness and cognitive impairment not necessarily due to genetics or genetics alone
