incompetant to defend yourself in trial is not supposed to mean the same thing as mentally ill
sometimes they declare someone incompetant to defend themself without an attorney then appoint an attorney then find the person guilty and sentence them to prison even though they were not allowed to represent themself
But since this person is not white they are probably going to let them go free after declaring them incompetant
its the latest vector of attack by the judiciary that is in open rebellion against the people
