I don't wanna join the boxing gym!!!!!!!

but not for any valid reasons.
it's just I'm lazy.

It's actually good for me in every way I can think of.

first it's basically cardio which I'm bad at
second it's a martial art which I'm bad at
third it teaches you coordination which I'm bad at
fourth it's basically a social event which I'm bad at

There are different kinds of boxing

Is this the kind where you get hit in the head

Because if it is the kind where you get hit in the head that is a good reason not to join

If you can watch television or videos while using an elliptical and control the Calories per hour then I would suggest that that is a better way to improve your cardiovascular endurance or ability to perform aerobic exercise

This is hecause you can gradually make changes in a measurable way

I would also suggest that for most people above a certain body weight it is easier to lose weight by eating a reduced number of Calories from fat, carbohydrate and alcohol while still getting the suggested minimum amounts of vitamins, protein, minerals also known as dietary elements, omega 3 ALA fatty acids, water and choline

For legal reasons I have to say to consult a medical professional when deciding what to eat and that I am not advocating a specific diet
