Even if Iran completely eliminates all nuclear programs including programs for non nuclear weapons and donates all radioactive isotopes that maybe used in Nuclear weapons to a third party that Israel and the United States agrees to such as Israel or the United States
Israel will still claim Iran is working on Nuclear Weapons without any evidence unless you count that a news outlet said so as evidence
