P is an orientation in the LGBTQP+ spectrum
If the alleged shooter said he tried to shoot Trump because he is a P then it should be prosecuted as a hate crime just like if he shot him because he was a homosexual if we are going to charge people with hate crimes for shootimg people because of their orientation
If Democrats do not support charging this guy with a hate crime then they have no grounds for supportimg people who say they shoot at people because they are homosexuals for hate crimes

Hate crimes are purely designed for anarcho-tyranny. They cannot be applied equally otherwise they'd cover essentially every crime. Same with anti-discrimination: if fags can't help it because they were born that way, then anti-gays can't help it because they were born that way too.
