So I did a lab where we sorted DNA molecue fragments by size using electrophoresis in high school and ever since then I have been a DNA doubter

How can they know what is in the code in the original order if they slice it up and then sort it in a different order than the original order

Maybe DNA testing has improved but I doubt past DNA test results and uf they will not admit past results were doubtful then why should I trust present results
