Sometimes you can look at nature and see a parasite whose existence depends on a host and ask how could this have happened without an intelligent designer and why would an intelligent designer design something that causes so much suffering and misery

I am not saying an intelligent designer that enjoys causing misery and suffering created some of the species that exist today but I am saying it just sometimes seems like that would be the easiest explanation for some parasite species existence
