@SMetzeler there is a world of difference between the median white american and n!u!ugwabe from africa. biologically speaking, they are as distinct as the wolf and the coyote. you can apply a comparative advantage argument and say we shouldn't nuke them, to which i would be sympathetic, but it is absolutely true that the biomass in the third world is artificially grown (and necessarily therefore, that the biomass among higher peoples is artificially shrunk, since resources are scarce in the pure economic sense) by schemes like foreign aid. if the world lost its governments tomorrow, the peoples of africa would undergo a mass dying on an unprecedented scale merely by the fact of whites no longer being reft of their birthright by cowards to feed the blacks.

The simple FACT is that the ENTIRE urban and idustrial areas and all major infrastructures occupy just 1% OF THE PLANET'S SURFACE!
The "quality" of people has nothing to do with it.
