Over the counter products such as pottassium pills, power aid and gatorade from what I understand are not allowed to give more than a certain percentage of the daily value of pottassium per serving which might be two percent if I remember correctly
As such given the amount of volume of liquid for the serving size
You get more pottassium from drinking orange juice, tomato juice or soymilk per volume of liquid than power aid or gatorade. Sodium can be added via salt to soymilk or orange juice
