What if the cyber polygon dark winter attack was a microsoft windows update during the summer causing massive problems with computer infrastructure greater than the harm usually caused by hackers but for which microsoft could not legally be held accountable because it was an accidental bug in the updates they were legally allowed to do as the manufacturers of microsoft windows software

I am not saying this happened, I am simply asking if it happened
