Simply forcing them to denounce the British monarchy in a daily ritual is enough to keep them from letting the monarch speak before the United States senate and tell them what to do will being applauded by the Senate
It will make bad public opinion if they denounce the monarchy as evil on video then applaud the monarchy as a member of the Senate on video
