Most people still enjoy relative safety and comfort, that's what stops them from rising up. If they're suddenly facing forced deployment to a war zone, why wouldn't they choose to start shooting the people ruining their lives instead of random Iranians?

Basically, if the choice is fighting and dying for child rapists, or fighting and dying opposing child rapists, I think even Normies will know what to choose.
