Sometimes it seems like my first opinion on an issue started at lpw intelligence then changed to a contradicting middle intelligence opinion then after further thought and research becomes that of high intelligence which was my initial belief at my low intelligence stage

How do they test patients with "aphasia" on "pure logic" without using "words" do words include numbers and or symbols?
Number and symbols depending on visual abilities. I don’t see shapes correctly. Rorschach test. Is an example.
