Giving all United States citizens assigned a gender of biological male at birth a free college education if they major in Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical, Material, Chemical or Electrical Engineering or Math excluding statistics but not giving them a free education in other majors unless they qualify for scholarships would increase the population growth rate for White Goyim in the United States

This would not include free classes for other majors that are not free if they double major
