The number is significant because it can be used to influence stupid people who do not conpare it with other numbers
to them any number greater than zero would make them afraid even if it is smaller than another number becaise they just look at the frequency it occurs on news stories and they also believe all the news stories are real and do not have crisis actors

The real number is smaller than that number if they are counting crisis acting events where no one really died such as fiction movies in which shootings occured when calculating that number
