Every serial killer is a mental retard, and they usually rake up their kills only because the cops, at first, think the killings are unrelated, then they waste time looking for a Sherlock Holmes tier criminal genius, and then finally realize it was a retarded tranny or average black guy yet again.
Because they are not counting politicians that order people to commit violence as serial killers
If they counted politicians the IQ might be higher but politicians do not get prosecuted because they did it through a third party through a legal process
