Are there any muscles that attach to the skull or spine and also attach at the humerus or distal to the humerus?

are there any muscles that attach to the spine and humerus in such a way that moving my humerus while keeping the scapula in the same position would effect the length of muscles attached to the neck, head or cervical spine?
I want to figure out what bone positions do or do not effect neck stretches when multiple joint muscles are taken into account
