@Stahesh i was going to take Ashwagandha, but ostensibly, it's to help the body manage anxiety and stress.
@theFlow I drink coffee so maybe thats why I do not see any change in my anxiety.
@theFlow Lions Mane is good I can see/feel my brain working little better.
I now tried
Nattokinase
N-acetyl cysteine (NAC)
Taurin
Ashwagandha
and did not spot any little changes
