fuck when I asked if any of our conversation was being recorded by government agencies it just stood there and blinked for a good 5 seconds before it crapped out. out of all the difficult programming questions I asked it, it never just stood there without doing anything.

There's not a doubt in my mind the gov is listening. Why else require an email address and phone #?
Gov has a history of developing things and releasing it to the public for testing. I would be shocked if CHAT-GPT was any different.
