If any Republican president wanted to truly drain the swamp they would shut down the government and dox every federal employee. Most notably the ATF, CIA, and FBI.

@Mr_Mister Indeed, but then there'd be assassination attempts (for real), heads would roll and it would be up to the people to uphold justice. After a few months of "but muh job" or "I have a family to feed" and "I'm just following orders", crimes would be forgotten, the government would un-shut itself and normalcy would return.
There's no saving greedy and corrupt masses.
