That type of punishment will encourage people to do it as much as possible until they are caught because they know they will be executed either way so doing it more will not make the penalty any worse
Now instead of preventing a problem you made it worse
Plus your plan of creating thought crimes will lower the birth rate as I already explained
Communities that do not have the lowered birth rate due to such thoughts crime laws will over power your community

That is why I support jail with solitary confinement and no release unless someone proves the court system made a mistake in sentencing you and you are innoncent
I would support life sentences for rape and murder
But you just let the person out if it is found to be a false accusation later
They can not rape or murder in solitary
