@VooDooMedic I think this goes back to a sharp drop in material prosperity/quality of life being necessary to incite change. Not incremental, or generational. Talking a harsh 'crash'. America may face this issue the longest because it could self sustain itself somewhat longer with domestic resources than say Europe.
