Here is the problem with giving section 8 only to people whose children are under a certain age
The problem is it encourages single mothers to have more children to stay on section eight
We should try to through non violent means lower the birth rate of single mothers as long as our society is structured the way it is
How about never giving any extra welfare reward for becoming a parent at all so as to encourage only those who can survive without extra welfare to adopt or reproduce
