If low thyroid people could never lose weight no matter how little they eat or how much they exercise that would be a super power that defies the laws of physics and standard human chemistry
@shortstories unfortunately these people suffer,but there are people who are just lazy. I'm talking about those who are stupid. Now you have Ozempic so now people don't really have an excuse, unless something is wrong like an illness something like that.
Ozempic makes people have a lot of health problems
If someone were simply imprisoned and forced to eat a diet by a competant dietitian that would cure them of morbid obesity but that would be illegal so do not do that
Standard prisons do not work even if they break a law because of food smuggling and the prison diet is not customised by a dietitian with proper funding for the food budget

Increased risk of Gall Stones may occur if Calories are dropped below a certain amount. If they just ate as much as is recommended for a normal person instead of more than twice as much as is recommended for a normal person then many people who eat more than twice as much as is reccommended for a normal person would lose weight but I will not claim whether or not that is safe nor whether or not that should be dobe for legal reasons.
