@Justicar The CCP used the same playbook during the Chinese civil war, they left the Nationalists to do the heavy lifting fighting the Japanese occupation, (at USA insistence), allowing them to sweep away the exhausted and corrupted Kuomintang which had been riddled with communist double agents and take possession of the country.
@Justicar problem with Asians is they are controlled by community via confucianism and work at least 12h daily. So their talent is often not utilized.
