am facing a new problem, and more at work, anger burst, i never had anger problems before, but now they seem more common, no big incident yet but, i worry il explode and lose my job.
@RodrickSage what's causing it? Fatigue or just incompetence from others?
@VooDooMedic i want to say they trigger when i feel or think someone wants to ruin me, but in truth i don't know, and the thing is i feel like am literally in flames, i need to get to a fan to cool off and am already in blood pressure meds.
@RodrickSage so when someone is trying to sabotage or mess with your work or wants you to do it a different way that compromises your work quality would that be an accurate assessment?
