They might be learning through imagination when they read fiction but the fictional events in a fictional story still did not happen

@shortstories My point was that only a woman would see this as some deep discovery, and that a name change would be some amazing broken barrier, and that she had to share it to "teach" or brag.

@RoninGrey This is a really odd one. It is true that good fiction is also "truth" just told via stories that did not actually happen. Further, for truths about the inner lives of people fiction is about the only way to accurately portray these truths. It is however still necessary to keep the distinction between the two.
