Most of us are monitored so they can check how much work you made.

While working with bare minimum of peoples AKA skeleton crew.

Getting shit pay for it.

No bonuses or benefits only pay. Because it will cost company extra and they save money.

Not mentioning with computers and automatization you need to produce much more than any boomer before you.

While you are micromanaged and everything needs to follow some policy, norm or laws.
