am 31, and i think i will have to drop beef and pork, every time i eat them, my stomach bubbles, my stomach is only tolerating chicken and fish.

For me best is chicken and beef I add some salt and it is the best I can eat.
Sometimes I buy smoked mackerel.
I am not fan of fat so I eat less pork because often the meat is fat.
