Just finished watching The Garden of Sinners E1 Overlooking View. The plot was confusing at first, but then I understood at the end. The overall lesson deals with suicide and people with and without purpose in their lives. With people who live without purpose called floaters, and people who live with purpose fliers. There was even some metaphorical imagery. They’re really wasn’t an answer to what path is correct only that the connections made with others can lead you to flying.

@TenaciousGoat

Sounds like wonder egg priority but with a happier or less miserable / sad plot

@TenaciousGoat

What is the meaning and purpose of life?

You can choose your own goals in life with your own purpose

Your choices have objective physical consequences

Morality is subjective in the sense that you get to choose what type of physical consequences you want

But objective in the sense that once physical consequences are chosen what one must do or avoid doing to achieve those consequences is objective and can not be changed because it is governed by the laws of physics

@TenaciousGoat

This ultimately means that if you do not want to be murdered you should live in a community where murder is punished but that results in the fact that you should not murder because in order to not be murdered by living in such a community and also avoid the communities punishment then you must not murder

This is an example of how you can guide your life by logic instead of vague metaphors of doing what feels good while ignoring the consequences of your actions

@TenaciousGoat

Now Aaron Clarey claimed something like that if soneone feels suicidal because they are so sad then that can give them license to do whatever they want as long as they do not kill themself

He argued that if they do whatever they want to try to feel happy even taking out massive loans that they do not plan to repay

Then there is nothing anyone can do to stop them because you can not threaten a suicidal person with death

And after doing so they might not ferl suicidal anymore

@shortstories @TenaciousGoat To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentations of their women.
