He wouldn't have said anything if the wife didn't send the one video out into the public. It's okay if you don't get it, but legal matters, especially with "creators," are also a matter of public relations. It's PR, fat. It's easy to "why why why why" all day until you have to juggle multiple interests (including business) at the same time.
All you have to deal with is the arduous choice of which lard bowl you'll be eating from that day.
