@Tfmonkey Fun fact: while you're talking about "The Joker" - I remembered a similar case with "Dirty Harry": the original Don Siegel movie was very right-wing by the 1970s standards. Dirty Harry himself was a representation of a right-wing hero who is politically incorrect, but he also fights a murderous monster... Anyway, later Clint Eastwood made a sequel where Harry is fighting racist cops as if to apologise.

@Tfmonkey And speaking of "Dirty Harry" - his famous line was originally "Do you feel lucky, boy?"... it was changed to "Punk" because Harry was addressing a black dude - and Eastwood personally insisted on that change 😉.

@Tfmonkey I am so glad Eastwood is too old to reprise Dirty Harry nowadays... nobody needs to see that shame. "Indiana Jones-5" was enough for all of us.

@Tfmonkey Yeah, they are very similar to the "Soviet Intelligencia" of the USSR (spoiled babies of the USSR) ... but not as educated.

Still - they used to make kick-ass movies in their prime.
