@Stahesh @37712 What I eat daily in The Vegan Diet Big Portions like 3 servers of rice with either beans, garbanzo, lentils etc with sometimes avocado or eggplant a salad carrot+ potatoes with Veganmayonesse and Green leafy salad for the imagination I eat a lot cause I am physical active my side job Is as a personal trainer for these overweight woman but The extra cash worth it. I am 5 10" Wright 210 pretty muscular not a bodybuilder just natural muscular only take vitamina B12 as suplement.
