@Stahesh Dude have seen a Vegan IRL basically Vegans are Fit or Normal weight you really need to try hard to be overweight or obese in a Vegan Diet Is basically imposible unless you only eat Oreos but Vegan Diet Is high on fiber that regulated The sugar in The blood stream that Is The fun part Vegan diet are high Carb low Fat so it doesn't matter How mucho sugar you eat if you combine that with real food with fiber Is imposible to gain Fat weight.
