Metal/copper/brass
I replaced ((( microwave))) with air fyer
Oven with Slowcooker
and main cooking with outside Gas BBQ
replace ((( Teflon))) with Stainless Steel/Cast Iron
Cooking with gas/wood (fire) is best
I also went Ketovore lifestyle
