HOW TO GET ANIMATED WALLPAPERS IN KDE 

>right click your desktop and click the "desktop and wallpaper" option
>click "Get New Plugins"
>look for the"Smart Video Wallpaper Reborn by luis-bocanegra" and click install
>add your videos, set them to loop and hit apply

Oh, and you can set the lock screen to have animated wallpapers too!

@VooDooMedic since you have wallpaper engine you can get that exact same seia L2D im showing off
just find the wallpaper engine folder and copy it off of there, its a plain .mp4 file
