i have read that BRICS has pledged continued support to the digital IDs, vaccination passports, CBDC, UN's Agenda 2030, WHO's pandemic treaty, MMF cooperation ... in other words, BRICS starts to look just like the American empire, just flying different colors. Which only means that people will suffer the same oppression, just under different ruling class. We'll see how it will end up. Too soon to tell but I am not as excited as I was before.
@Justicar - People everywhere love power. All of those things are manifestations of power.
I'm a freedom loving guy, and I do my best to respect the freedoms of others like I think everyone should. But I love power. There are things I won't do to get it: lie, cheat, steal, etc... but power feels great.
It's like sugar. Always nice, but self-discipline is required.
Point being (if there is one), that I'm not surprised to see BRICS also seeking power. 🍻
